Trisha’s Abhiyum –Nanum

Sunday 13 July 2008 @ 9:37 am

Trisha:Girl with a pretty face, Trisha’s Abhiyum –Nanum is almost over and is going to be released in the month of October. It is said that this movie was supposed to be released on august 15th, but was later postponed since Vishal’s ‘Satyam’ is slated to be released for that day.
The director Radha Mohan who booked Trisha almost two years back is in a trouble as the finances for this film has been scarce and still some production work is pending.
According to the industry sources this film has proved to be a curse on Trisha’s career as since the signing of this film, she had to block some dates and so lost many lucrative offers for this movie.

But only time can give a perfect answer to “Abhiyum-Nanum’s” fate.

Abhiyum Naanum – Trisha

Friday 11 July 2008 @ 7:20 am

Abhiyum Naanum, a film all about a father-daughter relationship, has been in and out of financial troubles ever since it started rolling. With the film’s shooting finally over and is slated for an October release, director Radha Mohan seems to heave a sigh of relief. Abhiyum Naanum was initially slated for an August 15th release but had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. What Mozhi did for Jyothika, Abhiyum Naanum is bound to do for Trisha, say inside sources. But critics feel that Abhiyum Naanum’s lagging release date could also be detrimental to Trisha’s career. Prakash Raj plays Trisha’s father in this film. Let’s wait to know if Abhiyum Naanum is Trisha’s boon or bane.

Trisha next movie sarvam

Friday 4 July 2008 @ 9:00 am

Director Vishnuvardhan’s next venture is Sarvam. It has Arya and Trisha in the lead. Vishnuvardhan, after giving hits like Arindhum AriyamalumPattiyal, and Billa, has now written an action-packed story for Arya.

Initially, actor Suriya was slated to play the lead role but he could not allot any dates. Director Vishnuvardhan thought Arya would fit the bill perfectly and approached him. Actor Arya, who was earlier fully occupied by Bala’s Naan Kadavul, was able to oblige since the movie was nearing completion. Vishnuvardhan even modified the script keeping in mind Arya’s image. Also, this would be the first time Trisha and Vishnu Vardhan are coming together. Though Vishnu had approached Trisha earlier, Trisha could not accept it. Now they both are determined to make their maiden venture a memorable one.

One more attraction in this movie apart from the hulky Arya and Hot Trisha is J.D. Chakravarthy, the tall bearded actor from Tollywood, who is villain in this movie. Yuvanshankar Raja scores the music as always in any Vishnu Vardhan’s film. The camera work will be by Nirav Shah.

Trisha - Spring Summer 2008

Trisha walked the ramp at the Chennai based designer Sidney S S- Spring Summer 2008- “All the World’s a Stage”.

“It was a great experience, after nearly seven years I’m walking the ramp but I ‘m not used to walking with stilettos. I think acting in front of the camera is far easier than walking the ramp,” says the actress.

Trisha and her gang did not wait to have dinner at the Taj after the show, as they were almost mobbed by the huge turnout at the function.

So they did the next best thing by going to the Leather Bar at The Park, and celebrating Sidney’s success show! Also walking the ramp were top models like Sheetal Mallar, who flew in specially for the ace designer. Sidney’s collection ranged from pastels to electric shades, with the focus being on fabrics like chiffon, satin and silk.Source: timesofindia.indiatimes
